We do have Timbren axles rated at 7,000lbs, however, we do not currently have 4" lift Timbren axles that are rated at 7,000lbs. If you do not need 4" lift then I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/ Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 7K # TASR7KS01. If your trailer does not have a cross member then you may need to reinforce the frame. You can do this by building out the trailer frame or by adding a 2x3" steel bar in the pre-cut 2x3" slots on the timbrens.

From all of the information I can find on your 2017 Heartland Torque T285 it should have left the factory with tandem 6,000lbs axles though I recommend crawling under it and checking the axle tag on the center of the axles to confirm this as trailer manufacturers like to change parts randomly.
The Dexter # 23-105-106 you were looking at would be the correct replacement for your 6,000lb axles.

If everything is still in good shape there's no need to replace it. The springs sometimes last a very long time. But if you wore out the rubber rin the EZ Flex it's time for a new kit as the rubber is not replaceable.

When installing a ladder on your 2018 Heartland RV the key is making sure the new ladder mounts to the RV's structural components under its outer skin. At the rear of a trailer or RV the ride quality is very rough when compared to the ride quality at the rear of a passenger vehicle. Reason being the suspension isn't as sophisticated and there is a longer distance between the rear axle and the rear of the trailer which exaggerates the movement of the trailer when hitting bumps.
